Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Staffing & Recruitment (USA/ Canada) to manage day-to-day US recruitment activities, lead a team of recruiters, manage clients, and drive recruitment deli
Key Highlights
- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve business targets.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle RPO and Direct staffing requirements with quick turnaround time.
- Manage client relationships and understand their staffing requirements.
- Ensure quick TAT on new requirements and timely submission of qualified candidates.
