Key Highlights
- Audit the current marketing stack, channels, and budget allocation and present a prioritised plan to grow organic traffic sources beyond our strong Google presence.
- Establish yourself as a trusted leader for the team, with working rhythms and clear ownership across the function.
- Launch at least one new growth channel or partnership initiative that opens up a sustainable traffic or acquisition source.
- Take ownership of the go-to-market for upcoming feature launches and turn it into measurable acquisition or activation.
- Set direction for durable, diversified growth – new acquisition that holds up – not one-off spikes or vanity reach.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Your own channel, audience, or on-camera experience to boost creator-led growth
- German (we have a strong DACH presence).
- Product-marketing experience with freemium models and upsell triggers.
