Key Highlights
- acting as the IFRS accounting lead on acquisitions, divestments, farm-downs, joint ventures, structured financing arrangements, and strategic partnerships
- assessing accounting implications early in the transaction process and advising on proposed deal and investment structures
- preparing clear IFRS accounting assessments and technical memos that support commercial and management decisions
- reviewing draft contracts, term sheets, bid materials, and other transaction documentation from an accounting perspective
- participating in meetings with investors, external advisers, auditors, and internal stakeholders on transaction-related accounting matters
