Preferred Qualifications

• They should also be comfortable using AI and automation tools to simplify complex workflows, reduce repetitive manual tasks, and improve the accuracy and speed of accounting, payroll, inventory, costing, and management reporting.
• In addition to strong financial accounting skills, the candidate should understand payroll, manufacturing cost control, inventory movements, FIFO tracking, recipe costing, ingredient usage, and the key cost drivers of a food manufacturing business. Direct experience in pet food manufacturing is highly preferred.
