Job Description
This Software Engineering position is located in our Agoura Hills, CA Tech Center. This role will work closely with our radar and perception algorithm teams to implement, test, and deploy radar signal processing and radar perception algorithms. The Agoura Hills team is part of the Advanced radar group within the Global Product Organization (GPO).
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Must be legally able to work in the U.S. without requirement of any type of visa sponsorship or transfer, now, or at any time in the future
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
- 3+ years of hands on experience in: parallel processing and multi-threading understanding, modifying, and debugging large existing codebases
- proficient in Windows and Linux
- C++ 11/14
- Developing DevOps tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with ROS
- Familiar with Python
- Knowledge of automotive CAN and Ethernet communication protocols
- Experience profiling and optimizing code
- Experience with revision control and issue tracking on large collaborative projects (Git, Jira, Jenkins or similar)
