Preferred Qualifications

• Responsibilities:
• - Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports
• - Verify LPOs, GRNs and Delivery Notes of Vendors
• - Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and timely
• - Assist with Petty Cash payments and reconciliation
• - Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable
• - Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• - Collaborate with senior accountants and internal departments to ensure proper financial documentation
• - Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• - Assist with audits and MIS reporting as required
• - Assist with VAT filing and year end Corporate Tax Filing
