- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Marketing, or Communications preferred).
- Prior experience in admissions, sales, counselling, or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Passion for music and education is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM software.
