Financial Controller - Hotels

Preferred Qualifications

• Responsibilities:
• - Manage all financial aspects of the hotel operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
• - Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• - Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• - Coordinate with auditors to ensure successful completion of financial audits.
• - Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management to drive profitability.
• - Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations.
• - Collaborate with various departments to optimize cost control and revenue management.
• - Lead and develop the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
• - Minimum of 5 years experience in financial management within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels.
• - Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations and hospitality accounting standards.
• - Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
• - Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• - Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing finance teams.
• - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• - Fluency in English is a must
