Commercial Manager

Preferred Qualifications

• - Minimum 2 years of experience in the oil & gas industry.
• - Excellent English communication skills; business-level proficiency required.
• - Arabic language skills are highly preferred.
• - Strong client communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• - Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, commercial management, or client-facing project management.
• - Experience with an oil & gas service provider, equipment supplier, energy services company, drilling company, or related organization is highly desirable.
• - Exposure to upstream, midstream, or downstream oil & gas operations.
• - Experience in the energy services, drilling, pipeline, corrosion, subsea, or related sectors is advantageous.
• - Previous experience in the UAE, GCC, or wider MENA region is preferred.
• - Experience in tender management, bid preparation, and commercial negotiations is highly desirable.
• - Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and contribute to successful deal closures.
• - Ability and willingness to learn technical concepts related to the company's products and services.
• - Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
