Key Highlights

• Develop and maintain the company’s long-term growth strategy, translating market dynamics and internal capabilities into actionable strategic roadmaps across operational, technical, and sales levers
• Support all phases of M&A strategy & execution, including valuation, due diligence, returns and synergy analysis, and complex acquisition models.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends in revenue cycle management, identifying shifts in payer behavior, regulatory changes, and technology disruption that create risk or opportunity
• Lead ongoing competitive intelligence efforts — benchmarking our capabilities, pricing, workflows, and outcomes against key competitors and new entrants to ensure we remain best-in-class
• Identify and evaluate adjacent markets and new service lines the company can expand into, including AI-enabled offerings, with a focus on scalable, competency-aligned growth
