Job Description
We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant with Structured Products/ Global Markets experience to join us and support our global banking client offering a collegiate and supportive environmentRespons
Key Highlights
- Provide legal support on structured product business
- Draft and review agreements and documents and conduct research on relevant laws and regulations.
- Work with external counsel and international affiliates on legal matters and ad hoc projects.
- Assist with legal and regulatory queries related to market transactions
- Qualified in Hong Kong or other common law jurisdiction from law firm or financial institutions
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Qualified in Hong Kong or other common law jurisdiction from law firm or financial institutions
- Minimum 1 years PQE, with experience in Structured products, DCM, Global markets, or Derivatives
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
