Key Highlights
- Shape and drive the product vision and roadmap for the Finance & Risk Data domain
- Own and prioritise a transparent backlog that maximises business value through data-driven prioritisation.
- Translate complex business needs into clear backlog items, acceptance criteria and test standards
- Work closely with Finance, Risk, Tech and business stakeholders to align goals, scope and expected outcomes
- Support adoption of new systems and processes through clear communication and change management
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- A master’s degree in finance, economics, business, engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master or in a similar agile role, preferably within the energy or financial sector
- Experience shaping product roadmaps, managing backlogs and translating business needs into clear priorities
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to bridge business, technology and data
- Experience leading agile teams and creating an environment where accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement thrive
