Finance Excellence Program_Associate The Siemens' Finance Excellence Program (FEP) is your springboard to a finance leadership career! We're looking for driven and high-reaching finance professionals
Key Highlights
- Completing three tailored assignments over 24 months across Siemens' finance functions - spanning Operating Companies, Corporate Units, and Siemens Financial Services.
- Going abroad for at least one assignment to broaden your global perspective while being based at our headquarters in Germany.
- Taking ownership of complex projects from day one, working in international teams.
- Gaining exposure to innovative topics and business models, including Software as a Service (SaaS).
- MBA, Ph.D., Master's in Finance/Accounting, or equivalent qualification, with strong academic track record.

- 7-12 years of relevant finance experience in industrial companies, including minimum 12 months international work experience.
