Key Highlights
- Product strategy across all PMS — MyDr, Gipo, Clinic Cloud, Feegow, and our own light-version PMS. One north star, adapted for each country.
- Making PMS AI-first — embedding Noa natively: AI scribe, AI booking, patient summaries, intelligent scheduling. Every clinic gets superpowers out of the box.
- The unification journey — partnering closely with the Engineering Director so that modularity doesn’t just simplify the stack; it unlocks new product possibilities.
- A growth engine — designing a lightweight entry product for individuals and small clinics, with a clear, natural path to the full PMS, Noa, and marketplace.
- The outcomes that matter — doctor and clinic retention, expansion revenue, integrated-doctor growth, new-market launches.

- Exceptional problem-solving mindset. Complexity is something you thrive on daily — five products, +12 countries, dozens of integrations — and turn it into a single, cohesive product vision adapted to each country.
- AI-first approach. You believe the clinic of the future runs on AI — and you’ll make our PMS the place where doctors feel that smoothly. Always solving their problems and discovering what they could do, or what we could do for them and their patients.
- Product impact focus. You focus on outcomes — retention, expansion, integrated bookings — and you prioritize effectively to ensure we focus on what truly moves them.
- Builder leadership. You’ve built products and teams; you know a winning product isn’t handed over by engineering — it’s co-created, and you make the product–design–engineering partnership the strongest relationship in the building.
- Founder-level ownership and drive. You take the complex, ambiguous, multi-year mission and own it with full accountability and collaborative focus.
