Job Description
As a Senior Product Engineer in the Employee Platform Department of the Platform Product Division, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our “MyPage” product. Currently,
Key Highlights
- Backend: Go, GraphQL
- Frontend: React, TypeScript
- Monitoring: Datadog
- Infrastructure & CI/CD: AWS, Docker, GitHub Actions, CircleCI (Standard MF stack)
- Environment: GitHub, Slack, Jira
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Computer Science/Engineering Bachelor’s degree or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in backend development using Go.
- Full-stack mindset with the ability to contribute to frontend tasks when necessary.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound architectural decisions.
- Business level English proficiency for daily communication with global teams (TOEIC score of 700 or above equivalent).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with frontend development using React and TypeScript.
- Experience with GraphQL.
- Experience with Kotlin (for maintaining legacy products).
- Experience introducing AI tools into development workflows.
- Experience working in a globally distributed Agile/Scrum team.
- Japanese proficiency is not required but an interest in learning or improving is preferred.
