Job Description
We are currently hiring Legal Consultant / Negotiator – UMR (Derivatives) to join our ranks and provide long term engagement with our Global 500 client in Financial servies sector:Key responsibilities
Key Highlights
- Negotiate and review UMR (Uncleared Margin Rules)-related trading documents amongst other derivative documentations.
- Ensure agreed terms meet regulatory (UMR) requirements and internal risk/collateral policies, and properly capture margin, collateral and segregation terms.
- Experience negotiating derivatives / ISDA documentation, with experience in UMR-related margin and collateral terms.
- Good understanding of OTC derivatives, margin and collateral concepts, including UMR regulation.
- Circa 2 PQE or above; or experienced negotiator, from financial services sector or law firm
