Key Highlights
- Lead electrical engineering evaluation of prospective sites, colocation capacity, and build-to-suit opportunities.
- Own technical assumptions for power distribution topology, capacity, and equipment strategy feeding the pre-construction risk register.
- Assess utility interconnection, on-site generation, and redundancy strategies (N, N+1, 2N) against site conditions and load requirements.
- Recommend Go / No-Go input on electrical feasibility as projects advance through key development milestones.
- Deliver technically validated electrical scope to the Delivery organization with complete documentation and minimized risk.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting hyperscale data center or AI infrastructure development.
- Experience with EPMS/BMS controls integration and electrical systems commissioning.
- Experience with utility interconnection agreements and interconnection queue strategy.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or similar professional certification.
- Experience evaluating colocation or build-to-suit electrical infrastructure in a due diligence capacity.
