Project Director

Preferred Qualifications

• • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of total experience, with at least 3 to 5 years specifically managing infrastructure and/or building projects within an engineering consultancy environment and as a Project Director/Manager
• • Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE), Chartered Engineer (CEng), Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or equivalent recognized accreditation is highly preferred.
• • Contractual & Regulatory Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience administering FIDIC contract forms (Red, Yellow, or Silver Books) and navigating local municipal and statutory authorities for approvals, permits, and NOCs.
• • Technical Knowledge: A solid foundational understanding of structural design, civil infrastructure systems, site utilities, and multidisciplinary design coordination.
• • Software Literacy: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and familiarity with engineering coordination platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
• • Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills tailored for client-facing consultancy work.
