- A Master's Degree in economics, business administration, engineering, science, medical, or the like with excellent results
- 3 years of experience in strategy consulting and project management from a well-reputed strategy consultancy or strategy department (professional experience and interview performance will determine whether we hire you as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager)
- Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and motivation to drive change at all levels of the organisation
- The ability to communicate complex information clearly (both verbally and in writing)
