Position Summary The ADMET Intelligence group is seeking an experienced full stack developer to support scientific workflow management applications.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline with 1+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience building full stack Django applications in Life Sciences, Biotech, or a similar R&D environment
- Active GitHub profile with public contributions demonstratinge experience in Python.
- Experince with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Experience with Django ORM, migrations, and model design
- Experience with Django REST Framework for API development
- Experience implementing robust CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with ADME assays or compound management systems
- Knowledge of cheminformatics or pharmaceutical research workflows
- Strong ability to optimize SQL queries and design efficient schemas for high-throughput data.
- Knowledge of AWS ecosystems (Lambda, S3, Step Functions, DynamoDB) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) in production environments.
