Key Highlights

• Own the Fintech GTM strategy and roadmap: Develop and own the end-to-end Fintech Marketing strategy with your team, identifying the highest-leverage opportunities, focusing the team’s energy there, and translating insight into action plans that balance customer value with Jobber’s revenue goals
• Own the commercial number: Sit at the intersection of Marketing and Fintech GTM operations and own Marketing-influenced revenue growth for the portfolio. Champion commercial rigor and set the performance rhythm, including ownership of key Fintech KPIs
• Build a culture of experimentation: Run tests across segments and metrics to identify what drives Fintech revenue, own the analytics to prove it, and partner with stakeholders to grow the winners into bigger investment bets over time
• Stay relentlessly customer-first: Contribute to qualitative and quantitative research alongside Product, and hunt down the insights that sharpen positioning, messaging, and strategy
• Partner deeply cross-functionally: Work with Fintech leadership, Product Management, Finance, and GTM teams to shape roadmap, pricing, and promotional opportunities, grounded in what customers need, what drives revenue, and what creates competitive differentiation in SMB Fintech
