Position Overview: The ideal candidate will assist in supporting and driving MarTech, CRM, and Loyalty initiatives, with a focus on the BFSI business segment. This role will involve collaborating with
Key Highlights
- Oversee the BFSI business segment in developing and executing strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Manage the MarTech, CRM, and client retention programs to enhance customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Campaign, Data Analytics, Data Science, Digital, and Customer Experience, to foster teamwork and innovation.
- Help implement customer lifecycle management (CLM) strategies to optimize the customer journey and improve experience.
- Track and analyze key metrics to assess campaign success and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Experience in MarTech, CRM, and campaign management in the BFSI sector.
- Knowledge of BFSI, Mutual Funds, Insurance, client servicing, and campaign management strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to shared goals.
- Understanding of customer retention and lifecycle management principles.
- Familiarity with data analytics and using insights to improve marketing and customer experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis.
