Key Highlights
- Partner closely with EMT members and senior leaders acting as a trusted advisor and challenger in driving the strategic agendas and performance.
- Own and support financial insight related to milk price, including how milk price is calculated and operationally executed, ensuring credibility towards farmer owners and governance bodies.
- Lead the performance management agenda and participate in LT’s across your functional areas, supporting decision‑making at senior and EMT level.
- Translate sustainability, carbon footprint, and farmer data into actionable insight and business value, with clear data governance.
- Drive development and performance within Global Trade & Planning, ensuring strong financial criteria in S&OP and trading decisions.
