Job Description
COLSA is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to support the Integrated Voice Communications System (IVCS) contract in San Diego, CA. This position supports U.S. Navy shipboard telecommunications systems and associated equipment, including MarCom (AN/STC-2(V)1), SHINCOM (AN/STC-3(V)), IVN, Avaya, DRS, and related technologies. In this role, you will develop, maintain, integrate, test, troubleshoot, and debug software within established and legacy environments. You will also modify and maintain ship configuration databases and work with U.S. Navy personnel, contractors, and engineering teams to evaluate technical issues and provide solutions. This position requires some work aboard U.S. Navy vessels.

- Experienced Software Engineer
- Support U.S. Navy shipboard telecommunications systems and associated equipment
- Develop, maintain, integrate, test, troubleshoot, and debug software within established and legacy environments
- Modify and maintain ship configuration databases
- Work with U.S. Navy personnel, contractors, and engineering teams to evaluate technical issues and provide solutions
- Support software within UNIX and Windows operating system environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MarCom (AN/STC-2(V)1), SHINCOM (AN/STC-3(V)), IVN, Avaya, DRS, and related technologies.
