Job Description
The Principal Custody Solutions (PCS) Workflow team is hiring a Workflow Software Engineer to join their team! This role builds and supports automation solutions, integrating with databases and APIs, and collaborates closely with delivery and partner teams with a focus on driving measurable improvements in quality and operational efficiency. Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field or equivalent experience) and 3+ years' work experience or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of Hands-on experience in IBM BPM / IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) is required.
- Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills
- Proficiency with database applications, knowledge of web programming languages, mainframe systems, and/or distributed systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow Financial Services Operations and Customer Service Management (ServiceNow FSO and CSM) including FSO core data models, secure extensions, and CSM case management
- Familiarity with Advanced Work Assignment design and tuning, customer engagement, document and content integrations, and Performance Analytics reporting
