We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic computational postdoc for a 3-year position to join the Lund Group. Our research Our team aims to understand how ribosome specialization leads to the
Key Highlights
- You have a PhD in biomedical or natural sciences
- Strong foundation in bioinformatics and machine learning, including deep learning
- Experience training and running models on shared HPC clusters and remote GPU servers, including working in multi-user environments
- Familiarity with large-scale experimentation, model debugging, and resource management in clustered computing settings
- Proficient communication skills and ability to work in teams
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in computational biology with respect to RNA modification prediction is a plus
- Prior experience in working with protein synthesis/translation is an advantage
- Prior experience in molecular and cellular biology is an advantage
