Key Highlights
- Lead SAP commercialization programs supporting global supply chain expansion
- Translate commercial operating models into clear SAP scope and execution plans for supply chain and financial operations
- Establish and run effective program governance, decision forums, and escalation paths
- Drive cross-functional alignment and enforce clear priorities and trade-offs
- Own delivery planning, risk management, dependencies, and external partner coordination
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Total 10-15+ years of experience leading complex programs in Biotech, Pharma, or other regulated industries
- Proven delivery of SAP4HANA/ERP programs, with commercial or supply chain scope
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, 3PL management, inventory management, distribution, and reporting in a regulated commercial operation
- Experience operating at senior executive level in matrix organizations
- Track record of disciplined execution, governance, and stakeholder management
