About the roleWe're a lean, fast-moving startup building consumer mobile apps across matrimonial, health, and dating verticals. We're looking for a hands-on performance marketer to own and scale our G
Key Highlights
- Plan, launch, and optimize App campaigns (UAC/AC) across Google Ads to hit install/purchase volume and CPI/CPA targets
- Own budget allocation, bidding strategy (tCPA, tROAS, maximize conversions), and daily performance monitoring
- Drive down cost-per-install and cost-per-quality-user while scaling spend profitably
- Set up and optimize conversion tracking, deep events, and value-based bidding
- Run creative testing at scale — feed the algorithm fresh video, image, and text assets and iterate on winners
