Key Highlights
- Capacity planning & forecasting for all levels of management, quarterly forecasts and long-range business support, financial data integration, and critical skills coordination with management.
- Data analysis, employment and forecasting metrics support, leadership briefings, and database forecast management
- Provide business financial support coordinating with Finance and Program Management.
- Communicate and implement recommended resource and financial strategy
- 5+ in Business Operations or other finance-related fields
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 5+ in Business Operations or other finance-related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience developing and leading business strategy
- Currently you possess a business-related degree such as: Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Strategy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work cross?functional projects, influence without authority, and drive results in a fast?paced environment
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking financial performance metrics and translating data into actionable recommendations
- High degree of organization, initiative, and professionalism; comfortable managing competing priorities
