Assistant Director, Data Science: Renter’s Portfolio

Required Qualifications

• Real Ownership: Lead programs end-to-end, from model design to market deployments
• Senior Exposure: Influence strategy and present insights to senior leadership
• Cutting Edge Modeling: Explore and utilize next generation modeling techniques
• Data Science Community: Knowledge Sharing and access to large community of Data Scientists
• Own the pricing roadmap: Develop industry-leading pricing programs in close collaboration with the Product team that unlocks segmented, profitable growth opportunities across the Renters Portfolio.
• Drive program rollouts: Lead end-to-end deployment of pricing programs — including model adjustments for regulatory requirements, documentation, and DOI objection responses.
• Collaborate across functions: Partner with Delivery, Specialty Product, Program Management, IT, and other teams to ensure fast, effective launches.
• Analyze & iterate: Monitor Post Launch results and work hand-in-hand with business teams to refine go-forward market strategy.
• Innovate continuously: Identify new profitable growth opportunities by researching emerging modeling techniques and testing novel variables and new data sources.
• Lead with influence: Communicate tradeoffs clearly, guide leadership toward best courses of action, and deliver on commitments.
