Key Highlights
- Product vision, roadmap and prioritization, end to end. This is the core of the role, and more so as AI reshapes the product.
- Product direction and priority arbitration across the company, done in the open with the CEO and the leadership team.
- The engineering organization: its structure, delivery, quality and growth. You lead it through its team leads and own its direction and standards.
- Alignment of Product with go-to-market, the ideal customer profile and Sales, so the company builds with intent and stops shipping ad hoc.
- Technical strategy and architecture, keeping the platform coherent, scalable and secure, and able to support the roadmap.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Education, EdTech, or another regulated, workflow-heavy vertical.
- International, multi-market SaaS.
- Experience in a founder-led company moving from craft to scale.
- Exposure to M&A and product integration.
