Key Highlights
- Applies best practices and standard work to support Operations Procurement Agents managing rate readiness plans in the Supply Chain Readiness System (SCRS)
- Analyzes supply chain readiness data for production system risk
- Provides peer review of supplier readiness plans
- Reduces supplier performance risk to current and future production rates
- Provides strategies to align with program needs and supply base capabilities
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience with suppliers or supplier management
- 4+ years of experience within the supply chain or procurement field
- 2+ years managing rate readiness plans in the Supply Chain Readiness System (SCRS)
- Able and willing to travel up to 15% domestically
- Level 4: 7+ years of experience with suppliers or supplier management
- 7+ years of experience within the supply chain or procurement field
- 4+ years managing rate readiness plans in the Supply Chain Readiness System (SCRS)
- Bachelors degree
- 3+ years of experience supporting cross-functional teams
- 1+ years within fabrication/manufacturing, quality, and/or industrial engineering
- Experience in a role with strong interpersonal and communication skills
