Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- • 30 years old and below
- • 6–10 years of experience managing enterprise IT applications and delivering end-to-end implementation projects within large or multi-site organizations, with a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- • Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, POS, HRMS, Finance, Loyalty, or Guest Management Systems, including system integrations, APIs, IT governance, digital transformation, and stakeholder management; familiarity with Azure/AWS, SQL, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, Agile/Waterfall/ITIL is preferred.
- • Proven experience managing software vendors, system integrators, and managed service providers, ensuring SLA compliance; PMP or ITIL certification is an advantage.
