Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience in Software Engineering OR Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience in Software Engineering
- 3 years of experience in Programming languages including Java, Ruby, Python and Go
- 3 years of experience in Building scalable and reliable backend services, webhooks and public-facing APIs
- 3 years of experience in Designing, building, and deploying distributed backend services in a production environment, including handling concurrency, fault tolerance, and service reliability at scale
- 3 years of experience in Working with relational databases in Postgre SQL, MySQL or NoSQL data stores, including schema design, query optimization, and data modeling for high-throughput workloads
- 3 years of experience in Stream processing or event-driven architectures in Kafka, Kinesis, or equivalent, including producing, consuming, and reliably processing high-volume data streams
- 3 years of experience in Translate product and engineering requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable system designs, including defining service boundaries, failure modes, and observability strategies
- 3 years of experience in Building automated systems or tooling to instrument, measure, and evaluate the end-to-end customer experience of digital products, including test automation frameworks, signal collection pipelines, or quality evaluation workflows
- 3 years of experience in Developing interactive frontend components, dashboards, or data reports using React and D3.js to visualize customer behavior, product metrics, and operational signals in real time
