Job Description
This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, coding solutions, unit testing, and ensuring the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust, and well-tested interfaces. Job expectations include an awareness of development and testing practices in the industry.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years demonstrated real world experience in enterprise multi-tier application development
- 5+ years demonstrated hands-on experience Informatica
- 5+ years demonstrated experience in software engineering principles - software design patterns
- 5+ years demonstrated hands-on experience in relational database development, SQL server is must
- Comfortable with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) concepts
- Experience designing and implementing REST based Web Service API(s)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with business partners to interpret requirements and design
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers Frontier Finance Technology; Informatica
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Atlassian tool suite is strongly preferred: JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, Ansibel
- Experience creating software designs and reviewing them with architecture team
- Self-motivated, quick learner who can manage multiple initiatives with minimal direction
- A yearning to understand and leverage new tools and technologies
- Be a team player, self-motivated and able to work collaboratively across organizations and geographic locations
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
