Key Highlights
- Design and produce high-quality visual and motion assets for digital, brand, and campaign needs
- Create custom graphics, illustrations, infographics, and motion/animated content to support product launches, GTM, and internal communications
- Collaborate cross-functionally on brand evolution, content strategy, and integrated marketing campaigns, partnering closely with marketing teams to drive audience engagement and demand generation
- Own and evolve Pump’s design system to ensure visual consistency across all channels
- Support executive, investor, and sales presentations with creative design and storytelling
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in visual or motion design, ideally at a fast-paced startup or B2B SaaS company
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both static and motion work across digital and brand
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Framer (required)
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other modern design tools
- Strong skills in layout, typography, animation, and visual storytelling
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an understanding of marketing goals and audience engagement
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, feedback-driven creative environment
- Plus: Knowledge of Lottie Files
