Key Highlights
- Create and maintain detailed Asana projects and project briefs for campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines, roles, and responsibilities are clearly defined
- Manage the marketing department’s quarterly planning process from end-to-end and implement feedback and improvements each quarter
- Work with Marketing leadership (Directors and VPs) to prioritize projects, align on deliverables, and allocate resources effectively
- Manage creative team (video, visual design, content design) requests and projects
- Track project performance using appropriate tools, adjusting plans and communications to keep everything running smoothly
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Asana or a similar project management tools
- Familiarity with common marketing platforms (HubSpot, Google Suite)
- Understanding of OKR or V2MOM goal setting systems
- Interest in people-first project leadership and optimizing team collaboration
