Key Highlights
- Maintain applicable processes, work instructions, presentation templates, and other relevant documentation & data repositories
- Track process, event, and data submittal requirements
- Schedule and facilitate meetings and events
- Assign and maintain product and document identification.
- Collaborate with customers and other stakeholders as applicable.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in business or other related field of study.
- 2+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years using Excel to perform data analysis.
- 1+ years editing PDF and Word files.
- Experience in aerospace or complex manufacturing environments
- Demonstrated interest in personal learning and development as well as process improvement.
- Ability to accomplish tasks through formal channels and informal networks; an understanding of the cultures of organizations and ability to apply this information in a way that strengthens the organizations strategic plan and profitability.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent spoken and written communication across organizations.
