Senior Site Design Manager

Required Qualifications

• * Experience: Extensive professional experience managing and supervising large-scale, high-end residential interior design projects on site.
• * Industry Background: Proven track record working within reputable design studios, main contractors, or fit-out firms handling luxury residential developments.
• * Location Experience: Prior working experience in Dubai or the wider UAE market is strongly preferred, with a solid understanding of local regulations, suppliers, and site practices.
• * Technical Proficiency: Strong ability to interpret complex interior design drawings, details, and MEP coordination plans.
• * Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage diverse site teams under tight deadlines.
