- Design and implement responsive, high-performance front ends with attention to UX detail
- Architect and develop sophisticated back-end systems to manage our complex operational workflows
- Own and develop features across our entire product stack, from ideation through deployment

- Uses or can quickly adapt to an AI-native workflow — comfortable delegating work to models, writing code with AI, building agents, and engineering the way they work; constantly looks for opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and create leverage through software
- Intensely curious about software engineering, technology, and learning generally
