Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years recent experience with C (7+ years embedded C++ acceptable).
- Minimum 5+ years recent experience with Linux.
- Minimum 5+ years recent embedded systems software development experience.
- 3+ years experience with Git and Agile tools (Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, Gitlab, etc.).
- 2-3 years experience with Python.
- Strong background in Systems Engineering practices.
- Demonstrated ability integrating hardware and software.
- Proven experience in an Agile development environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with RTOS (Real Time Operating Systems).
- Familiarity with automated test methodologies.
- Knowledge of networking protocols (IP, UDP, RTP).
- Background in Vehicle Management System (VMS) architectures.
- Experience with safety/flight-critical software processes (MIL-STD-516C, MIL-HDBK-1797, AC-17-01).
- Ability to foster effective collaboration and maintain strong professional relationships.
