Job Description

This is a permanent role with a one of our esteemed FinTech Clients Key Skills:Usability Testing, Product Validation, UX Testing, Experience Testing, Design Thinking, User Research, Digital Products R

Key Highlights

  • Conduct usability testing, product validation, and experience testing for digital products across web and mobile platforms.
  • Evaluate digital journeys to identify usability issues, customer pain points, navigation challenges, and experience gaps.
  • Design and execute usability studies, user testing sessions, and validation exercises based on product objectives.
  • Apply design thinking and user-centered methodologies to evaluate and improve product experiences.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback to identify usability patterns and actionable insights.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong Usability / UX Testing and Validation Profiles
  • Must have 1+ YOE in product validation, usability testing, design thinking, or experience testing roles, working on digital products
  • Must have hands-on experience in testing user journeys, workflows, and interaction flows for web or mobile applications
