Key Highlights

  • Own and continuously develop the segment value proposition based on market trends, customer insights, and business priorities.
  • Design and execute marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events that drive customer engagement and generate qualified leads.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Innovation, and Sustainability teams to ensure a consistent and compelling go-to-market approach.
  • Create impactful sales and marketing materials that support value-based selling and strengthen customer conversations.
  • Deliver market insights, trend analyses, and customer communications that keep both internal stakeholders and customers informed and engaged.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Experience within B2B marketing, product marketing, segment marketing, or a similar commercial role in an international environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop marketing strategies and value propositions that support customer engagement and business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data, market trends, and customer insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in English.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with value-based selling, sustainability-related marketing, or packaging solutions is an advantage.
