Key Highlights
- Drive transparency and understanding of COGS across the Orifarm organization, including product costing and supplier pricing
- Maintain and improve standard costing models across manufacturing sites and product portfolios.
- Lead yearly budgeting processes for COGS price update.
- Support cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at improving COGS
- Act as the primary finance partner for manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement stakeholders on costing related topics.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in finance roles, ideally within Supply Chain Manufacturing environment
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably within pharmaceutical, FMCG, medical device, or other regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of standard costing, inventory accounting, variance analysis and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, AX) and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong English skills to work in an international organization
