Job Description

The Development Team is responsible for developing and supporting enterprise-grade software and data solutions for internal clients using Microsoft .NET, SQL Server, and Office365 platforms. They also assist with third-party vendor application implementations, integrations, and upgrades. The team comprises four groups: Enterprise Architecture & Design, Corporate Data, Research, & Reporting, Data Solutions, and Enterprise Systems, all working to ensure efficient information flow through internally developed and vendor-provided software solutions.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and proven working experience as a .NET 7 (or higher) developer.
  • Proficient in C# and working knowledge of .NET languages.
  • Strong knowledge of the GitHub source code repository and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle and development approaches.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and methods.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server services, including SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), to design and integrate data solutions for .NET.
  • Experience working with WebAPI, Entity Framework, ADO.NET, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms, web technologies, and Microsoft Azure Cloud Services.
  • Knowledge of testing and automated testing concepts.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to learn new languages and technologies.
  • Team player with ability to collaborate effectively with other teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field required.
  • 2+ years of Microsoft full stack developer experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Atlassian’s Jira Software platform (task tracking) preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI Desktop preferred.
