Senior Business Development Manager

Required Qualifications

• • Industry Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales/business development experience within the advertising, corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, or creative production fields is mandatory.
• • Target Network: Proven track record of successfully selling B2B solutions to Multinational Companies (MNCs) and/or Government entities in the UAE.
• • Management Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in team management or leading sales tracks (required for the Assistant Sales Manager track).
• • Driving License: A valid UAE Driving License is preferred (with access to a vehicle for client meetings).
• • Language Skills: Professional fluency in English (Written & Spoken) is mandatory. Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred.
• • Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, pitching, and presentation skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
