Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in software development
- Hands-on expertise building backend applications in Java
- Experience supporting production applications or backend services
- Strong understanding of software architecture, object-oriented programming, and system design
- Proven record delivering software products or features to end users
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with technical teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing solutions that leverage AI technologies
- Background working in large-scale, distributed technology environments
- Prior experience at Amazon or similar high-growth tech companies
- Technical leadership or mentoring experience
- Familiarity with high-volume transactional or event-driven systems
