Mobilisation Coordinator

Required Qualifications

• • Experience in mobilisation, onboarding, training coordination, or workforce services roles on major construction projects
• • Experience working with contractor workforce forecasts and mobilisation planning
• • Experience with workforce systems, databases, or mobilisation tracking tools
• • Experience managing documentation, compliance checks
• Required Knowledge and Skills:
• • Strong administrative background with high attention to detail
• • Proficient in Microsoft 365
• • Proficient in using Copilot and other AI tools
• • Good communication and coordination skills
• • Familiarity with Saudi Arabian labour and site access requirements (e.g. Iqama, Ajeer, work permits)
• Supervision Received:
• • Reports to and receives operational instruction from the Workforce Services Manager.
• • Receives functional guidance from the Regional Workforce Services Manager.
• • Key Interfaces:
• • This position interfaces frequently with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including:
• Construction & Project Management
• • Subcontractor Representatives
• • Bechtel ES&H, Security, Construction and Contracts Functions
