- Lead structured vendor selection end to end — requirements, RFPs, demos, evaluation and final recommendation
- Plan and manage HRIS and HR tech implementations from kick-off to go-live, owning timelines and workstreams
- Manage relationships with external vendors and implementation partners across active projects
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Solid project management experience delivering HR technology or systems projects end to end
- Hands-on HRIS implementation experience, including at least one full cycle from requirements to go-live
- Experience running structured vendor selection, ideally with RFP and evaluation frameworks
- Good understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle, able to translate business needs into requirements
- Comfortable working with data — migration validation, data quality checks and basic reporting
- Fluent in English, with other languages a welcome bonus
- Project management certification (Prince2, PMP or equivalent) is a plus
- Experience in an international, multi-market environment — ideally retail, hospitality or a similarly fast-paced sector — is a plus
