Key Highlights
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of developers specialising in AI, agentic workflows and machine learning.
- Dedicate time to hands-on development, working on innovative solutions and AI-powered tools and agentic flows.
- Drive the skill development of team members in areas such as AI, agentic flows and protocols.
- Provide technical guidance to AI engineers and full-stack developers, creating a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration
- Collaborate with wide group of stakeholders to drive innovation and deliver business value
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Solid industry experience in software engineering
- Leadership experience, with experience in mentoring and developing technical teams
- Experience with building agentic AI solutions and/or machine learning development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions for complex problems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams across diverse locations.
- A proactive, self-driven mindset, with the ability to perform both independently and as part of a team
